Shipping Policy for Redback Liftwear


1. Shipping Options:
We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options.

 

2. Shipping Rates:
For Australian customers:
Standard Shipping: $10. Free for orders over $80.
Express Shipping: $15. Free for orders over $100.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 2-8 days.
Express Shipping: 1-4 days.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions:
We do not have any restrictions on shipping to Australia.
International customers must spend a minimum amount of $50AUD for us to ship their order.

 

5. International Shipping:
International Standard Shipping: $25AUD. Free for orders over $100AUD.
International Express Shipping: $35AUD. Free for orders over $100AUD.

 

6. Estimated International Delivery Times:
International Standard Shipping - 6-18 days,
International Express Shipping - 5-10 days.

 

7. Processing Time:
Orders placed before 2:30 pm AWST will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped out the next day.

 

8. Tracking Information:
We provide tracking information for all orders.



9. Lost or Damaged Orders:
Customers must contact us within 30 days of ordering the product. If the claim appears legitimate, we will provide a full refund.

 

 

Refund Policy for Redback Liftwear


1. Refund Eligibility:
Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are available for unopened packages, incorrect sizes, or products delivered damaged.



2. Refund Process:
Refunds are issued through our website. Customers can access the Returns page and request a return label. Once the returned item is received, it will be reviewed immediately. If approved, refunds will be processed within the same day.



3. Exceptions:
For health and safety reasons, shaker bottles or water bottles that have been used or opened cannot be refunded.



4. Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in reasonably good condition to be eligible for a refund.



5. Return Shipping:
Redback Liftwear covers the cost of return shipping. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
